Hybrid Real Estate has taken the best of our industry's concepts, tools, and philosophies, and merged them into a whole new model. The result is a Hybrid Real Estate company. Our agents described us as innovative, a new model, second generation, and the future structure of real estate. I would go on to describe it as empowering, agent centric, and a positive "can do" environment.
Our aggressive commission structure offers our experienced agents the freedom and flexibility to market their business as they see fit. Because of our co-op like arrangement, Hybrid agents have security that their company is financially robust. These two pieces are critical to a real estate company with longevity. The agent is empowered and the company can have both short term and long term programs that will enhance the agents experience.
Some of the most common comments by agents who meet with me are: "How do I know the value or how do I measure the value I receive by aligning with my broker? Is it possible to quantify the value or perceived value from my broker? Why am I paying for things I don't need? Is it possible to pay only for those resources or tools or item s that I do use?"
In many ways, this is where the Hybrid Real Estate concept was born. Those were the questions asked. The result is a model that cuts away the fat and directs those decisions to the self directed individual agent.
Our commission structure spells out what costs are on an ongoing basis. The cooperative aspect of the company offers a sense of power through financial stability and shared tools that will continue to grow with the company.
The latest tools in technology, single property websites, text for information, a high ranking company website, leads from the company website, custom signs, graphic design support, marketing support, ongoing classes for current issues, general discussion, and education; these are all available, but none mandated. At Hybrid agents direct their business. The company is here to help agents grow their business, as each individual agent sees fit.
